Packaging
Suspend 3.4 grams of the medium in 900 ml of distilled water. Adjust the pH to 7.0 ± 0.5 at 25ºC. Add one ml of recently prepared Solution B (0.5 g Sodium Molibdate, 0.05 g Iron Sulfate Heptahydrate (FeSO4, 7 H2O), 100 ml of distilled water). Whilst agitating add water to obtain a final volume of one liter. Distribute into tubes in 5 ml aliquots, close and sterilize in autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes
