ENTEROCOCCUS
Packaging
Suspend 30.6 grams of medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution.Dispense in 10 ml screw-capped tubes and sterilize in autoclave at 118ºC for 15 minutes. DO NOT OVERHEAT as the medium will become too inhibitory.
Caution: This medium is toxic if swallowed, inhaled or comes into contact with the skin. Wear gloves and eye/face protection.
