Packaging
Suspend 54.2 grams of medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Dispense 19 ml amounts into test tubes and sterilize in autoclave at 121ºC for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50ºC and aseptically add 0.3 ml of 3.5% Potassium Tellurite (Cat. 5208) or 1 ml of 1% Potassium Tellurite to each tube
