Packaging
Suspend 65.5 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Distribute and sterilize in autoclave at 118-121ºC for 15 minutes. AVOID OVEARHEATING as it facilitates the hydrolysis of the components and the medium remains soft.
