Packaging
Suspend 29.3 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Dispense into appropriate containers and sterilize in autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature (25ºC). If the stored medium exhibits more than 20% pink color (due to oxidation), the tubes should be reheated in a water bath to expel the oxygen. Do not reheat more than once.
